Working with Rax and the team at The Hope Factory on Jo Mercer, Wittner & Shelly Shen has been a really positive experience. They’ve been responsive, collaborative and consistently supportive across our website development and optimisation projects.

Working with The Hope Factory team on Timber Kids was a unique experience. As the agency's owner, I'm obviously close to our work, but this project reminded me how special our team is and why I love what we do. The brief was clear - modernise the design, improve the user experience, and ultimately lift conversions on key pages. Our design team nailed the aesthetic – clean, warm, and perfectly suit...Показване на повече

The Hope Factory was very helpful and professional with the integration of our old website to our sparkly new Shopify one. There was very little that we had to do once we gave them a brief of what we wanted, we were consistently kept up to date of the development progress. We were delivered a website that exceeded our expectations in a timely manner, that was customized perfectly to our store.

Super patient while I got things in line to launch a Shopify store, and did a great job of creating an easy to use and slick online presence.

Attention to detail was excellent, great assistance with plug-ins and apps that make the store much more efficient to run than my previous systems.

The end result was an online presence that requires less time to achieve the same level of sales.
